{sneak peek} charlie brown birthday favors

The hustle and bustle of the season has swamped our office this week. We are very thankful but I've missed blogging about all the fun things happening around here!

I promised a few sneak peaks at our upcoming Charlie Brown inspired birthday party for J. Over the Thanksgiving holiday, my family helped me create the favors for the party.

I just love how they turned out! Better than my vision and pretty close to the originals...

After pulling out our plastic version of the Charlie Brown Christmas tree yesterday, I realized that the tree had a red star. {ugh!} I designed ours to match the CD cover of the soundtrack. I've had to let it go since my sisters took their star punch home with them!

Isn't it fun to turn a plain box into something fun using a little cardstock, embossing powder and a permanent marker?!?
